The WIMBLEDON series of warm air heaters, available in 2 models of 120 and 240 kW, are designed for heating and ventilation of sports structures supported by internal pressure (pressostructures or pressostatic structures) and of sports structures with a load-bearing structure (tensile, geodesic and traditional masonry structures).

Description

External casing composed of: bearing frame in press-folded metal profile with robust corner joints in die-cast aluminium; detachable panels in pre-painted and/or powder-coated sheet metal access doors to technical compartments; openings for connection to the supply and recovery of treated air.

Heat exchanger (n° 2 heat exchangers for the model 240) made of AISI 430 stainless steel, with smoke pipes made of AISI 304 stainless steel with turbulence imprints, complete with inspection door, chimney connection and condensate discharge connection.

Ventilation unit (n° 2 fans for the model 240): consi- sting of a double-intake centrifugal fan, driven by a directly coupled electric motor and controlled by an inverter. Electrical control and protection equipment, standard 400V 50Hz 3N for three-phase motors, com- plete with safety double-thermostat (n° 1 with manual reset and n° 1 with automatic reset).

Modulating gas premix burner with Low CO and NOx emission (Class 5) with a wide modulation range including semi-radiant flame tube, modulating mixer and gas-air solenoid valve, DC brushless fan, ignition and ionization electrodes for flame control, electrical equipment and gas ramp.

Multifunctional electronic board for control and protection of the warm air heater: ambient temperature control, burner start up, flame supervision and safety functions.

Included accessories, specific for frame-suppor- ted structures (supplied disassembled): remote control panel, supply/return circular fittings, supply/return fire dampers, gravity expulsion damper, fresh air damper with manual control, rain hood.
