Description
Cooling is performed without any intermediate fluid, through the so-called technique of “mechanical compression and direct expansion” of the refrigerating gas. Environment wellbeing is guaranteed by cooling obtained through the independent functioning of two separate refrigerating circuits. In order to optimise consumptions and get immediate energy efficiency, the heating phase employs two different systems: it can be performed either by “heat pump” technology or through high-efficiency direct heat exchangers employing atmospheric gas burners working on three-stage heating capacity output. As a result, the CF-GAS/P unit guarantees the highest overall seasonal performances. Heating is performed by heat pump in case of temperatures up to +5°C, while the heat exchanger is employed in case of temperatures down to -20°C. The direct exchange technology employed by this equipment requires lower installation costs but first and foremost it allows a tangible reduction of operating costs. The most important feature of this system is that heat is directly transferred to the premises to be heated, thereby avoiding inefficient transformation stages. The result is a much higher overall performance of the system. All functions are managed in a fully automatic way by means of a complete and well-tested electronic controller placed on the equipment side. The controller can be interfaced with a user-friendly remote control system – or with other more complex devices. The product’s specific structure featuring vertical flux inversion, with horizontal air inlet and outlet on the same machine side, allows to meet the most diversified installation needs. The refined watertight cabinet is protuberance-free and its thermal well-insulated panels can be washed inside. These features perfectly allow to install the equipment outside with no additional protection needed, even under extreme climatic conditions reaching down to -45°C (provided it is fitted with a specific kit). The additional M-CF module for air mixing, renovating and output makes it possible to fully treat any environment. A wide choice of accessories (such as regulation dampers, customized power capacity, remote controls, kit for high static pressure, etc.) come in to complete the product. Product safety is certified by renowned and professional International Authorities.

Available Versions
High static pressure version: the high static pressure variant consists in modifying the fan section (fan motor, transmission and for some models the fan itself) and the electrical board to ensure the maximum static pressure of 450 Pa.
Low temperature version (from -15°C to -25°C): for outside installation with temperature from -15°C to -25°C with air intake directly from the room or mixing the air intake from the room with max 30% of fresh air. The low temperature version consists of: increased thermal insulation of the unit, electrical motors with windings thermally protected from frost and an electrical heater with thermostat placed inside the burner protection box, which prevents to reach critical combustion air temperatures and which allows to keep the temperature of all electrical and electronic equipment controlled.
Low temperature version (from -25°C to -40°C): for outside installation with temperature from -25°C to -40°C with air intake directly from the room or mixing the air intake from the room with max 30% of fresh air. The low temperature version consists of: increased thermal insulation of the unit, electrical motors with windings thermally protected from frost and fan bearings suitable for operation up to -40°C and an electrical heater with thermostat placed inside the burner protection box, which prevents to reach critical combustion air temperatures and which allows to keep the temperature of all electrical and electronic equipment controlled.
