RCU PLUS • RCUE PLUS Counterflow heat recovery units

Heat recovery units RCU provide the necessary ventilation and recover a high percentage of energy, present in the exhaust air.

Description

HEAT RECOVERY UNIT consisting of:

High-efficiency counterflow static heat exchanger made of aluminium with separated and perfectly sealed fluxes for fresh air and exhaust air.

Structure and panneling (of sandwich type, removable) made of painted steel.

Internal thermoacustic insulation.

Double inlet centrifugal fan for fresh air and exhaust air intake; three speeds for RCU PLUS and multiple speeds for RCUE PLUS.

Electrical motor directly coupled to the fan; AC type for RCU PLUS and EC type for RCUE PLUS. Electrical supply: single-phase 230V 50Hz 1N (mod. 40-75) and 230V 50-60Hz 1N (mod. 100-500).

Air filter of F7 efficiency for fresh air side and of M5 efficiency for exhaust air side, easily emovable form the sides for periodic cleaning.

Pressure switch for fresh air filters with visual indicator of filter obstruction warning.

Condensate tray made of galvanized steel.

By-pass section for defrost or free-cooling functions.
