Direct-fired gas air heater SUPERCIKKI 80 with 100% thermal efficiency.
A special atmospheric anti-dust gas burner assures high performance either with methane, propane or butane gas.
High safety level is guaranteed thanks to hot surface ignition and flame control by ionisation, double thermostats and flow switch. The flame is completely inside the heater and is protected by combustion circuit with aluminium steel plate, resistant to high temperature and corrosion. Solid external casing is made of pre-painted galvanized steel or in stainless steel with IP 44 protection degree which makes the heater totally weather-proof and can be either installed indoor or outdoor.
The external cabinet can be easily disassembled without disconnecting wires, for very quick and simple accessibility and maintenance operations. Special radial fan assures a high air throw speed from the air duct for the perfect distribution of the heat.
SUPERCIKKI 80 is the ideal solution for greenhouse or livestock buildings heating.

Description

WARM AIR HEATER consisting of:

External casing made of pre-painted galvanized steel or AISI 430 stainless steel, IP 44 protection class, which ensure the greatest protection against any weather condition.

All gas atmospheric burner low pressure, working with natural gas and with propane or butane, with hot surface ignition and flame control by ionisation, which provides guarantee safety of operation.

Combustion circuit made of aluminized steel, high temperature and oxidation resistant.

Centrifugal fan with high static pressure for the warm air delivery into the ambient, complete with electrical motor.

Air delivery outlet in aluminized steel complete with individually adjustable fins, with possibility for two-ways or three-ways air disffusion.

Electrical board for control and safety, provided for single-phase 230V 50Hz 1N or 230V 60Hz 1N electrical supply, complete with safety thermostat TR-LM and air flow switch with low voltage circuit (12V), suitable for installation in high humidity areas.

For the version with option “ventilation” the electrical board includes an operating mode selector: a three-position switch AUTO-HEAT-VENT to manage the functions of heating and of ventilation.

Counterweight kit for the outlet extension, which limits the opening of the damper when the air heater is off and the air extraction system of the poultry house is active.
