Product informations
AQUAPIGGY water air heater is specially designed to heat swine buildings, with a casing made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and a high-efficiency water/air heat exchanger made of heat-resistant anti-corrosive material. The high-performance axial fan withstands high temperatures and, thanks to a special diffusion panel, allows effective air distribution while maintaining a moderate flow speed, thus avoiding creating too much air movement that is annoying for the herd.
Removable side panels make cleaning and maintenance quick and easy.
AQUAPIGGY must be supplied with hot water from a separate boiler, an ideal combination for farms with their own natural gas/biogas production or cogeneration systems with hot water available.
No combustion inside the building, no need for fuel supply or flue gas systems, no CO2 is produced; clean, dry warm air ensures a healthy growing environment for your farm.

- Heat exchanger with 4 rows, made of anticorrosive material, with wide distance between the coil fins to avoid the dirt accumulation and simplify the cleaning; complete with water connections.
- External casing made of stainless steel AISI 304 with a “book-like” opening system for easy maintenance; complete with eyebolts for suspension.
- Axial fan with protection degree IP 55 and plastic impeller, with three-phase motor 230/400V 50Hz 3N; complete with safety grid.
- Air outlet with adjustable fins in four directions made of stainless steel AISI 304.
